THE SAN MIGUEL DE ALLENDE PROSECUTOR HAS DENIED OUR LEGAL RIGHTS FOR OVER A YEAR IN DEFIANCE OF THE STATE JUDGES DEMAND FOR A FULL INVESTIGATION

On June 6, 2023, The City of San Miguel de Allende allowed the violent and illegal take over of the San Miguel de Allende Expat Community Resource Center, and on June 20, 2023, that business owner was violently assaulted by the San Miguel de Allende Police Department.

This is a full time job. Monday – Sunday, 9am – 6pm, for as many years as it takes. We will expose every individual who has been an accessory to this corruption.

We will get justice and we will not stop until they are in prison. The failure of the Ministerio Public, Fiscala D, Guanajuato, has compounded the issue. They allowed this theft and fraud.

Esperanza Marquez Romo, Cesar Lugo Ruiz, and Maria Azucena Contreras Ibarra, along with the members of the company intentially formed in Queretaro to defraud the public and to steal the business and belongings and to terrorize a member of the foreign community.
